Spa Policies

We value our customers.  Please take some time to go over our spa policies so we can better serve you.

 

Conduct/Etiquette: Please silence cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival and keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments may be in progress.

Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals may have a delay in the start of their session.

Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than the required time may incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee may be imposed for a “no-show”.

Refund Policy: Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. We guarantee no chipping on polish for 3 days (Manicure) and 7 days (Pedicures).  The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.  We will instead offer to re-polish or repair any issues brought to our attention within the guarantee period.

Special Consideration: Please inform your therapist/technician of any medical conditions, pregnancy, medications you are taking, and/or any notable changes since your last treatment.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Midtown Retreat Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost gift cards. If lost, there is a $5 replacement fee. Cards will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.

Privacy Policy: Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information. We may contact you from time to time with store announcements, usually via email. Text messages may be sent for appointment reminders, cancellations, and reschedules.

We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you – our valued customer — the highest quality, value and convenience.

Payment & tipping: We accept cash and all major credit cards but not personal checks. Service pricing does not include tips.
